Day 1 - We are on the way

It's time for our annual holiday blog - this year we are returning to Tokyo via Dubai, with a few days in Dubai on our return.

Our flight to Dubai took off at 2pm Irish time with our connecting flight to Tokyo scheduled to take off at 3am Thursday Dubai time. In total it should almost 24 hours travelling before we make it to our apartment in Tokyo. 

At the moment we are waiting for our Japan bound flight enjoying everything that Dubai airport has to give us.
